Top-tier competition-grade, 100% Uji Hikari cultivar from Uji City, Kyoto Prefecture, Japan.
Produced through an intricate process that includes a prolonged five-week shading period to develop sweetness, umami, and a brilliant dark green hue; hand-harvested.
Features a fresh aroma blending various green vegetables with a hint of sea breeze—reminiscent of lightly toasted nori seaweed, steamed edamame with cheese, green tomato, cucumber, *shio-kombu* (salted kelp), and sesame oil. Offers a smooth, gentle sweetness with notes of malt, vanilla, and custard.
Storage Instructions
- After use, seal the bag tightly and store in a cool, dry place away from direct light.
- Best consumed within 2–3 weeks of opening.
- Unopened packages can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.
