Gokasho Samidori

Gokasho Samidori - Single Origin (40g)

Samidori, specially cultivated and sorted in Uji City, Kyoto Prefecture, Japan.

Grown using traditional agricultural techniques, the tea leaves are shaded from sunlight for six weeks and harvested entirely by hand.

Flavor Profile

The tea offers a rich, intense umami flavour and natural sweetness, with aromatic notes reminiscent of sweet seaweed, asparagus, melon rind, macadamia nuts, and white chocolate.

Storage Instructions

• After use, seal the bag tightly and store in a cool, dry place away from direct light.
  
• Best consumed within 2–3 weeks of opening.
  
• Unopened packages can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.
